It’s only a two block walk to multiple cafes, galleries, weekly farmer’s market and the heart of Joshua Tree’s commercial corridor. From the backyard, there are scenic views of the boulder-freckled hills of Joshua Tree National Park. 2 sides of the house are adjacent to vacant lots, thus privacy is a + at this location. There is an enclosed outdoor shower that is spacious and rustic.
