Ideal investor partners range from non-accredited folks who simply want to invest a nominal amount of money (i.e. 30k) to high net worth individuals or family offices who would like to establish a discretionary fund with the operator/Creosote Holdings, LLC

From the backyard, there are scenic views of the boulder-freckled hills of Joshua Tree National Park. 2 sides of the house are adjacent to vacant lots, thus privacy is a + at this location. There is an enclosed outdoor shower that is spacious and rustic.
