Unique Single Family Homes in the High Desert

Homes built in the 1940’s/1950’s or other years, as long as they have a “story”, i.e. appealing architectural styles, unique grounds/landscaping/perimeter fences, ideal locations, etc.

Areas: Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley, Pioneertown, Landers/Flamingo Heights, 29 Palms and Desert Hot Springs.

Multifamily (Apartment) Buildings & Mobile Home Parks

Anywhere from a duplex to a 20-30 unit apartment complex or MHP park with coaches. We usually prefer a value-add scenario where a property is in need of a face-lift, interior upgrades, better management, improved strategic operations, branding/re-branding, common space addition/improvement, tenant issues, etc.

Areas: The High Desert (Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley/29 Palms) Beaumont, Moreno Valley, and any “B” grade community with California, Arizona or Texas.
